In the Beginning
Beer Table was opened in 2008 by Justin Philips as an intimate tasting room featuring a curated selection of eclectic beers with unusual snacks and small plates. In 2011, we opened our first Beer Table To Go in the history rich Grand Central Terminal. The goal was simple - to offer the same curated experience we had crafted at our restaurant in one of the most unique locations in the city to one of the most underserved beer audiences out there. And wouldn’t you know it? We were a hit!
